Our impressive basketball team extended their winning streak to three victories with a convincing 110-47 win over Maccabi “Yahalom” Ramat Gan. Spearheaded by new signing Jake Pemberton, who had 23 points in his debut, we finished with 5 players in double figures, the highest-scoring game thus far in Inter Aliyah history.
Adding to the balanced attack were, Ryan Clamage, who had 17 points, Barak Swarttz, who finished with 15, and another debutant, Amitai Spiegelman, who had 12 points along with several key steals and offensive Rebounds.
Josh Ackerman set a club record of four 3PT plays in a single quarter for 12 points, marking his first points of the season.
We will now take a one week break from the league, but there are still two games to be played this week. First against the Yeshiva League Pass in a friendly on Sunday (11/14) and then we come up against Ironi Azur in a Liga Bet Cup game on Wednesday (11/17).
